Who am I? My health and fitness journey

My name is Fady Naeim, founder and writer of project100.

When it comes to this newsletter, the most important thing you should know is this:

I used to be the guy who weighed nearly 270 lbs.

I was:

  • Depressed

  • Unmotivated

  • and constantly in pain.

that was my reality. I had a growing list of doctor’s warnings, my body was breaking down, and I knew I had to make a change. So, I set myself a seemingly impossible goal:

Lose 100 pounds.

Eight years, countless lessons, and a healthier me later, I accomplished my goal.

170 lbs - happy and healthy

Losing 100 lbs wasn't easy. It was a journey filled with mistakes, plateaus, and injuries. But through it all, I learned invaluable lessons about healthy habits, consistency, and mental health.

I vowed that if I ever reached my goal, I would share these lessons with others.

This is who I am, and this is the reason behind the conception of Project100.
